Keith is a seasoned, experienced, past MD/CEO and NED of multinational subsidiaries, listed and private companies and later, his own companies, operating locally and internationally. He is driven by challenge, innovation, solutions and achievement.

Keith is a graduate in Business Management and Pharmacy. He has extensive multidisciplinary management experience. After multinational positions in R&D, Sales and Marketing and then General Management, as International Area Director was directly responsible for manufacturing and marketing subsidiaries in several countries with one thousand employees and built turnover to $165m.

Keith directed and helped build turnover at 20% plus to $400m as senior GM Business Development and Lead Director responsible for a portfolio of group companies involved in different business sectors, in a highly diversified company in South Africa.

Going out on his own and setting up his own portfolio of businesses, Keith as part of the sales contract served as CEO/Director of a company previously owned and sold by him and partners and trebled trading revenues to $70m in five years.

Keith excels in general management, marketing & sales, project management, resource management, operational systems re-engineering and systemisation, management information systems, M&A and brand and company sale.

Keith's broad experience covers many different business sectors, and specialist areas of the pharmaceutical, toiletry, health food, chemicals, FMCG, contract manufacture, warehousing and distribution sectors.

Keith has direct experience in managing Public Sector-Private Sector Initiatives in the International environment.

Keith was a speaker at the WTO-WHO Secretariat Workshop on Differential Pricing and Financing of Essential Drugs, in HØSBJØR, Norway in April 2001, a speaker at the conference and workshop - Towards 2000 - 'the challenges facing the Pharmaceutical Industry in South Africa', and has International Publications including The Pharmacological Properties of Ibuprofen -Arch. Int. Pharmacodyn and V11 European Rheumatology Congress.

David Corless

David is a highly experienced, international, strategic CFO with extensive engagement in M&A and business transformation. Fellow of the Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA).

David's strategic leadership skills are demonstrated by the successful merger of regional management of different companies following significant acquisitions in the US. Communicating the strategic vision to new acquisitions, leading to effective integration and structural change to focusing management on value generating activities; this led to year on year growth of 15% over 3 years.

David drove group standards and philosophies within the international matrix and delivered senior management training programmes to over 100 attendees, focusing on management response to shareholder value.

David has extensive experience in Corporate structuring and M&A: as a Director of Business Evaluation & Development his team assessed fifty targets of which over 30% were examined and negotiated in detail, leading to five significant acquisitions and an MBO. He provided innovative approaches to strategic alliances (JV's) during negotiations, to hasten agreement and management of integration programmes.

In Operational Management David has 10 years Board level responsibility for business performance. He has multi-disciplinary management experience of IT, Human Resources, Legal Services, Purchasing & Property Management, Tax & Treasury and operational development, and delivery of significant investment projects - manufacturing process upgrade and systems implementations.

David has a successful track record of leading change management projects in the UK and internationally. He set up a shared service centre in US, established a Business Evaluation & Development department and set up an internal audit process.

David has pioneered the implementation of leading edge finance processes, installed Oracle ERP system in US, wholesale distribution system in UK and numerous management reporting systems to deliver better performance visibility.

He was a key player in 3 management teams that achieved up to 10 fold growth in aggressively growing technology and telecoms businesses, the record being £17m to £210m in 3 years.

Henry was accountable for the integration of 12 businesses, including the merger of 3 companies concurrently that halved the operational systems. Most recent assignments include a start-up with a first-to-market hosted desktop service that is challenging the industry leaders and a sports broadcast business providing (b) leading edge content.

He has strategic programme management and project management experience in dynamically changing environments. By providing engaging business-led IT strategy road maps, completed transformation, product development, joint-venture and turnaround projects ahead of schedule.

Adept at deploying a combination of bespoke, package and outsourced solutions to achieve strategic objectives. Skilled at contract negotiation, achieving savings up to 50%. Proficient developer of Invitation to Tender (ITT) and Service Level Agreements (SLA), ensuring delivery met expectations.

Lisbet Coulton

Lisbet is a graduate in Economics and Politics. She has over 20 years experience in commercial management and consultancy, working predominantly in sales, marketing and strategic business development.

She has worked extensively in the healthcare market, working with major blue-chip pharmaceutical companies, a manufacturing chemical company and the public sector. As business development manager for specialists in medical and environmental microbiology, undertaking contract research for the Pharmaceutical industry, she more than doubled turnover.

Lisbet has consulted for over fifteen years to pharmaceutical companies and other healthcare companies including medical devices, consumer healthcare and start-up businesses.

She has worked in a consulting capacity with the NHS and with the independent sector. Lisbet has worked with many clients on a range of different projects over several years.

Her extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry and her broad commercial experience has led to a wide range of projects. Commercialisation strategies; pricing, re-imbursement and market access projects; and communication plans are examples of recent projects undertaken.

Elaine Hickmott

Elaine is a postgraduate in Business and Chemistry and Chemical Engineering (BSc, PhD, MBA). As well as Board level and hands-on general management experience, she has had roles in R&D, technical management and sales and marketing. As Divisional Director she turned a loss making division to profit within 12 months.

Elaine has worked predominantly in the manufacturing and engineering sectors for organisations which include multi-national technical textile manufacturers, an engineering consultancy and a start-up training company.

Working in multi-disciplinary roles and with a broad range of clients has given Elaine the ability to deliver innovative solutions across a range of industries, markets and technologies, growing profitability and developing businesses. As a Sales Manager she increased sales by 20% within a year.

Through leading and motivating multi-functional teams Elaine has successfully implemented business and culture change. Combining strategic thinking with pragmatism and people skills has enabled her to turn around complex business challenges.
